Princess For A Day

This is a special day for young women ages 3-19 who are foster or adopted children or live in a foster or adoptive homes, including Grands Raising Grands and kinship placements, to be treated like a princess for a day. It is designed to be an opportunity for children in the community as well as to raise awareness of foster care. 

 

There is a minimal cost for the children to attend so we rely heavily on our community for support. Princesses will experience a makeover including hair, makeup, and nails. Wardrobe Room – Princesses will receive a dress and accessories to keep.  Ballroom – Fancy tea-time refreshments fit for princesses, music, dancing, and entertainment.  Fairy Godmother Room – Real life self-defense and safety awareness.  Debutante Room - a place for the teens to express themselves and connect with successful businesswomen.
